Sasha Sakhar creates elevated experiences for founders, teams, private groups, wellness spaces. and modern communities — blending ceremonial cacao, meaningful connection, and thoughtful design.
A graduate of The New School with an MS in Media Management, Sasha spent years at the intersection of media, ad tech, and culture in New York City. She understands both the demands of high-performing environments and the growing hunger for spaces that feel more human, intentional, and alive.
Driven by a desire for deeper meaning, Sasha left the boardroom to study and facilitate in communities across Guatemala and Costa Rica, learning directly from Indigenous cacao traditions and intentional gathering practices.
Today, through SUGARHAUS, she brings these two worlds together.
Whether designing an intimate dinner for twelve, a founder gathering for fifty, a team offsite, or a retreat, Sasha creates experiences where intention meets elegance. Her work combines ceremonial cacao, guided connection, conversation, live sound, and thoughtful atmosphere to help people slow down, connect more honestly, and leave feeling more inspired, grounded, and alive.
